VOR Tracker is all about interpreting the instruments. A fixed card CDI, RMI, HSI, or EHSI can be displayed next to the clipboard showing the exercise to be flown.

Aircraft control is straight forward. By tapping one of the direction arrows, a standard rate turn is initiated and kept until one of them is tapped again. Should you need to increase the bank angle, just tap and hold.
